Dinomax is a large-format vertical milling machine designed for precision machining of oversized components. Built on a gantry-type architecture with FEM-optimized structures, Dinomax ensures maximum rigidity, vibration damping, and machining stability. Equipped with linear motors or dual-drive systems on the longitudinal and transverse axes, it delivers smooth, accurate motion with feedrates up to 50,000 mm/min.
To protect accuracy over long cycles, the IAT – Intelligent Active Thermal control system automatically compensates for temperature variations between the machine and the workpiece, eliminating scale errors. A fully enclosed machining area with wide front sliding doors and optional servo-actuated roof ensures safety and operator convenience.
