    We are now looking for a Master Data Specialist who will play a key role in structuring, analyzing, and ensuring the quality of our data. By enabling accurate and accessible data, your work will help us deliver even better service to our customers across seven countries. The position will include some travel to our other offices as needed but is primarily based at our coming Head office in Malmö. You will report to the COO of the DMT Group.

    Your Mission

    As Master Data Specialist, you will have a central role in securing the quality of our product, customer, and supplier data. You will work closely with both internal colleagues and external partners to ensure that we have accurate, up-to-date, and consistent information in our systems.

    The work is practical and detail-oriented, where you will actively manage, clean, and update information in our systems. By ensuring that the right data is in the right place, you will directly support our daily business processes.
     
    Your main responsibilities include:
    • Being a superuser in our systems from a data perspective view.
    • Continuous improvement of our software platforms.
    • To gain specialist knowledge of how our systems working.
    • Ensuring that the correct data is in the right place and format.
    • Cleaning, structuring, and validating large datasets.
    • Collecting and entering information from suppliers and internal functions.
    • Participating in development projects and improving both existing and future system setup and processes.
    • Data Governance: Improving routines for data handling and integration across the group. Establishing rules and processes to ensure data remains consistent and accurate over time.
    • Data Synchronization: Ensuring distribution of master data across different systems, applications, and business units.
    This is a hands-on position where your daily work with data makes a direct difference to the business.

    Who are you?

    You are structured, conscientious, and enjoy working practically with data and systems. You are comfortable handling large amounts of information and know how to ensure consistency. Collaboration comes naturally to you, but you also take responsibility for driving your own work forward.

    We Prefer That You Have:
    • Experience in working with master data and business systems.
    • Superuser experience.
    • High proficiency in multi-system integration ( PIM, ERP & CRM systems).
    • Strong Excel skills and an understanding of data handling.
    • Interest in data quality and improving daily routines.
    • Good communication skills in English.
    • Relevant education or equivalent experience within administration, IT, or business.
